Key Responsibilities 1. ITSM Platform Strategy & Build (COTS + Custom) Lead the end-to-end technical build of ITSM capabilities, including: Implementation of ServiceNow / SysAid / BMC Helix, OR Design and development of a custom-built ITSM platform.
