Job Description
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to implement software solutions tailored to client requirements. • Work with different team members to gather requirements, clarify expectations, create development tasks, and address software?related concerns. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by acting as a reliable, responsive, and solution?focused point of contact. • Provide end?to?end software support - including testing, diagnosing and assisting in resolving functional and technical issues faced by customers. • Perform log analysis and support the identification of real?time application issues impacting user experience. • Document issues and resolutions thoroughly, ensuring timely and transparent communication with customers. • Execute SQL queries and assist with database configuration and maintenance tasks. • Serve as a liaison between project managers, clients, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth and efficient information flow. • Facilitate customer meetings, manage follow?ups, and maintain consistent visibility into progress and next steps. • Support clients with software setup, configuration, and deployment activities. • Conduct user training sessions and prepare user documentation to ensure smooth client onboarding and adoption. • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience. • Ensure compliance with security and data?protection standards during implementation and support activities. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on reported issues, enhancement requests, and overall project progress.Skills
