This role will define the AI architecture strategy, integrate LLMs, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and build scalable AI services that enhance automation, business intelligence, and customer experience across the platform. This is a company-wide AI leadership role, not a single-project position.Design and build machine learning pipelines using structured business data. Develop predictive models including: Customer retention & churn analysis Demand forecasting Customer segmentation Pricing and promotion optimization Work closely with analytics and reporting systems to enhance data intelligence capabilities.Skills

Establish AI integration standards, frameworks, and best practices. Align AI strategy with product vision, business goals, and long-term scalability. AI Integration & Development Integrate AI services such as OpenAI, Gemini, or local LLM models. Design and implement AI-driven dashboards for predictions, insights, and anomaly detection.
