Required skills ??•??2 years with React and TypeScript/JavaScript; strong with React 18 hooks, context, and performance patterns. ??•??Next.js (App Router preferred): SSR/SSG/ISR, routing, caching/revalidation, and asset optimization. ??•??TypeScript in strict mode, type-safe API contracts, modular component design, and code reuse. ??•??State/ TanStack Query (React Query), Redux Toolkit or Zustand; forms with React Hook Form and schema validation (e.g., Zod/Yup). ??•??Testing (practical): unit/integration tests with Jest or equivalent (Vitest/Mocha/Jasmine) and E2E with Playwright or Cypress; prioritize critical-path and regression coverage, fast-running suites, and actionable CI feedback. ??•??Performance: code splitting, lazy loading, image/font optimization, Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse budgets. ??•??Accessibility and security: semantic HTML/ARIA, WCAG practices, XSS/CSRF protection, secure auth/session patterns. ??•??CI/CD workflows (Git-based PRs, build/test gates) and rapid, iterative delivery.
Skills
Document Management System (DMS) experience: PDF viewing/annotation, e signature flows, rich text editing, role-based access, and storage/CDN integrations. ??•??Node.js/Express or NestJS; BFF patterns; GraphQL; Storybook; Tailwind or CSS in JS; Vercel/AWS. ??•??Observability (Sentry/LogRocket), feature flags, experimentation, and analytics.
