Job Description
Cyncly is hiring a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions. The role involves working on scalable applications, collaborating with teams, and contributing to the full development lifecycle—from requirement gathering to deployment. You will help build software platforms used globally in industries such as kitchen & bath, furniture, flooring, and manufacturing. Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions Analyze requirements and create technical designs Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Collaborate with product teams and developers to build new features Debug issues, refactor legacy code, and improve performance Plan and execute tasks, measure results, and continuously improve systems Contribute to documentation for modules and workflows
Skills
2–4 years of experience in software development Experience working with VB 6.0, C++, or C# in commercial applications Strong understanding of OOP, algorithms, and data structures Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Good knowledge of SQL, including writing and optimizing queries Familiarity with XML, JSON, XSD, and schemas (preferred) Ability to analyze and refactor legacy code Exposure to AI tools for productivity is a plus
