We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-level solution design and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform, strong architectural decision-making skills, and proven expertise in large-scale data migration and transition planning. Key Responsibilities Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture for large enterprise clients. Provide architectural guidance and technical decision support to stakeholders. Design scalable data models, sharing/security models, and multi-cloud solutions. Lead large-scale data migration initiatives from systems such as MS CRM or similar platforms. Plan and execute cutover and transition strategies for enterprise implementations. Define phased migration, rollback strategies, and validation checkpoints. Ensure minimal downtime and smooth transition during production releases. Work closely with business and technical teams to communicate architecture decisions and go/no-go criteria. Implement Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and platform governance. Collaborate in Agile delivery environments.Skills

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who designs, builds, and maintains scalable, secure, observable, and offline-capable Android applications, while influencing technical decisions and mentoring others through example. You will work closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Android solutions using modern tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Android applications. Own end-to-end feature development from design through implementation and release. Build solutions with strong focus on: Scalability and performance Security best practices Observability, logging, and analytics Offline working modes and data synchronization Implement clean and maintainable code using MVVM architecture. Develop modern UI using Jetpack Compose. Integrate RESTful APIs using Retrofit. Design and implement offline-capable features using Room DB and background sync mechanisms.
