Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Architectural Leadership: Lead the development of complex applications and guide architectural decisions, ensuring modular, maintainable, and reusable code. Database Management: Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others), ensuring efficient data models, migrations, and performance optimization. API Development: Design, build, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to integrate with third-party services or provide back-end functionality for frontend applications. Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. Mentor and assist junior developers in best practices and troubleshooting. Security & Compliance: Ensure application security and data protection by following industry best practices for security protocols (e.g., OAuth, SSL).
