Job Description
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fields. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a professional frontend developer. In-depth knowledge of modern frontend development frameworks and libraries (e.g., ReactJS, JavaScript) Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices. Experience with UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate designs into functional and user-friendly interfaces Good knowledge, understanding, and experience working with multi-tier architectures. Exposure to complete product development cycles.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Work closely with backend developers to define technical solutions and translate product requirements into actionable plans. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment pipelines and integration with backend services. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend code using modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular). Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Contribute to the development and documentation of frontend architecture and coding standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for improving our development process and application features.
