Job Description

Design graphics from initial concept through to completion. Offer design recommendations and develop content for a diverse range of clients. Responsible for designing a variety of assets including web graphics, posters, banners, artworks, websites, business cards, and logos etc. Analyze and structure design frameworks based on project concepts and specified requirements. Create motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, marketing demos, tik tok videos, social media videos etc.). Create layouts and designs for advertisements, social media postings, brand building, brochures, magazines etc. Liaise between the Management and design teams to ensure that deadlines are met. Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with the brand identity. Develop prototypes and draft plans for final design approval. Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Ensure all deliverables comply with client policies and guidelines.

Skills

Candidate should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and designing animated layouts and templates. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is essential. Should possess strong skills in creating engaging and effective social media posts. Highly creative with a keen attention to detail. Good understanding and experience of the latest web design standards. Knowledge of typography, color theory, textures, lighting effects, and graphic design principles. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English language. Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision. Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with different objectives. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Should have good analytical and conceptual skills. A degree or equivalent with a diploma or certification in graphic/web design is preferred. Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
