SYSTEM INTEGRATION/ PACKAGING
Details : System integration for a wide range and high number of applications within the environment.
· support application responsible (Product Owner; Product Lifecycle Manager) in case of issues during software installation
· Create packaging/release documentation for hand over to operations team
· Application packaging using scripting language
· Application packaging with Microsoft Installer technology
· Transfer of applications (basic and trading apps) into operation in alignment with the group wide standard IT processes
· Support during go live procedures (Pilot, Rollout, past Rollout)
· Interaction with 2nd level support
· Follow client`s Release Management process
· Sizing, planning, installation and administration of pre-productive IT infrastructures
· Maintain and develop the Markets WIN7 desktop
· Execute tests in various environments in close collaboration with other teams and customer
Creation of support tools within pre-productive IT environments for automation
